Rachael Fisher picture
Rachael Theis has over 32 years of dance experience.  Starting in 1984 at the age of 4 in a local dance studio called Satin Slippers School of Ballet.  During her time spent there, she studied a variety of styles including ballet, pointe, modern & jazz.  In 1995, Rachael began teaching ballet for the studio and was responsible for choreography as well. In 1996, Rachael helped teach local dancers and helped manage backstage when a professional ballet company (Ballet South) visited Findlay for a local performance of "The Nutcracker".  In 1997, Satin Slippers closed it's doors & Rachael opened her own studio called Rachael's School of Ballet.  During the course of the studio, Rachael put on two recitals that she directed and choreographed.  In 1999, she closed the studio & began attending college.  She studied dance for 1 year at BGSU, in both ballroom & ballet before returning to her hometown and attending the University of Findlay, where she received a degree in education.  While in college, Rachael continued to teach ballet at Jazz Dancer Studio in Findlay & continued to study modern, belly dancing & jazz.  In 2008, Rachael began teaching at Linda England's School of Dance, focusing on ballet, pointe & lyrical.  In both 2010 & 2011, Rachael choreographed & performed in the Evening of Expression, a local event to bust the stigma of mental health disorders.  She has decided it is now time to return to her dream of directing her own studio once again!

Scott Theis started his dance career in the Findlay First Edition show choir in 1994. He was accepted into the Wright State dance program and, as a freshman, began doing choreography for show choirs throughout the state. He transferred to the University of Akron where he studied dance and musical theater while dancing with the Ohio Ballet. Scott has performed in fitness videos and with the University of Akron Dance Company.
